Yes, we offer shipping to destinations across Australia. Whether your loved ones are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, or anywhere in between, you can trust us to deliver your gift hampers safely and promptly. We provide free express delivery to selected suburbs in South East Melbourne. For other areas within Australia, we offer delivery for a small shipping fee.

We offer free express delivery to local suburbs including Endeavour Hills, Hampton Park, Doveton, Eumemmerring, Lynbrook, Lyndhurst, Dewhurst, Hallam, Narre Warren, Berwick, Beaconsfield, Officer, Pakenham, Clyde and Cranbourne. 

11. What is the delivery timeframe for express delivery?

Express delivery to selected South East Melbourne suburbs typically takes 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location and courier services.

12. What is the delivery timeframe for standard delivery?

Estimated delivery times are provided based on the shipping method and delivery location. A same state delivery may typically take 2 - 4 business days and an interstate delivery may take 3 - 6 business days. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Christmas season).

13. Do you offer tracking for delivery orders?

Yes, we provide tracking information for all delivery orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

At this time, we do not offer the option to add additional gift items to our existing ready-made gift hampers. We are planning to introduce an option for customers to build their own gift hampers in the future, allowing you to select the perfect combination of items to suit your recipient's tastes and preferences.
